DAMAGES DURING SHIPMENT
Occasionally, shipping may result in minor wear on plants - this is completely normal. However, if your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact us at within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial or full refund, or a replacement.
INCORRECT ADDRESSS AND RETURNED ITEMS
We are unable to change the delivery address once your item(s) have been posted - please enter these details carefully!
If a package is returned to us (for example due to an incorrect address), you will be required to pay for new shipping costs to have the plant resent to you. We do not refund returned item(s).
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.
MISSING ITEMS
If you think something is missing from your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package. If something is missing, you can choose to have the missing item sent to you (free postage) or refunded.
