Shipping Costs
We ship with Australia Post Express Post at the following rates:
- 1-2 plants: $22.95
- 3-4 plants: $45.90
- 4+ plants: $68.85
When We Ship
We pack and send orders on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Our weekly cut off is 12 noon on Sunday.
If you order after that, your plants will be sent the following week.
Missed the cut off but need your plants sooner? Send us a message and we’ll see what we can do. We may be able to arrange a midweek send on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
How Your Plants Travel
We pack every order with care, but how your plant is sent can vary depending on its size and type.
Some plants travel in their pots, while others go bare rooted (their roots are gently wrapped instead of sitting in soil).
For plants in pots larger than 100 mm, we usually remove some soil, so they fit snugly into the box. When we can, we keep the pot, but some plants will arrive pot free with their roots safely wrapped.
For bigger plants, we might give them a small trim, so they travel safely.
All orders are sent with Authority to Leave, so your parcel will be left in a safe spot at your address.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking email.
If you cannot find a tracking email, have a quick check in your junk or spam folder.
Where We Ship
We ship to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC only.
Due to quarantine rules, we cannot send plants directly to NT, TAS or WA. If you are in one of these states, you can still order by using a plant concierge service. We can send your plants to them, and they will handle the rest. If you are not sure who to use, we recommend Paradise Distributors.
