SHIPPING COSTS

WHEN DO WE SHIP?

We post orders on Monday and Tuesday. The cut off is 12 noon the Sunday prior to these days.

Any orders received after the Sunday cut off (12 noon) are to be shipped the following week.

If you would like your order sent later in the week after missing that week's cut off, please contact us to discuss shipping on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. We will try to accommodate sending on these days for you as best we can.

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

The packaging of your plant may vary depending on the type of plant ordered - some are shipped in pots, while others are sent bare rooted.

Typically, plants in pots larger than 100mm are partially bare rooted to fit securely into Australia Post shipping boxes. Whenever possible, we’ll leave the pot intact. However, please be aware that some plants may arrive without a pot, with their roots carefully wrapped for protection during transit.

For larger plants, we may need to trim a few leaves to accommodate the shipping box. If this is the case, we’ll usually include this information in the product description.

If you have a PO box, it's recommended that you have it shipped there for safety reasons.

All orders are marked with 'Authority to Leave' at the delivery address. If your home address is often unattended or parcel theft is a concern in your area, please let us know, and we’ll take extra measures to ensure safe delivery.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with the tracking details when your order has been processed.

If you’ve placed an order but haven’t received any email updates, it’s most likely that the email with your tracking details has been filtered into your Junk Mail folder.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We post to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC in Australia only. Unfortunately, we cannot post directly to quarantine states (NT, TAS or WA).

Customers in quarantine restricted states (NT, TAS or WA) are welcome to organise a plant concierge service, and we can send your plants to the one of your choice.  If you don't know of a concierge service or can't find one, we highly recommended Paradise Distributors.
